This Privacy Policy explains how Juliana Pedroso Photography ("JP Photography", "we", "us", "our") handles personal information collected through our booking platform and during school portrait sessions. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Information We Collect
- Parent/guardian name and contact details (email address and phone number).
- Child's name, class or stage, and school campus.
- Booking details, including the session date and time, package and any add-ons selected.
- Photographs taken during the booked session.
How We Use Your Information
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of scheduling, delivering and invoicing the session, and for communicating with you about your booking — for example confirmation, reschedule, cancellation and session reminder emails.
We do not sell your information, and we do not disclose it to any third party except where it is necessary to process your booking (for example, our payment processor, or the School for the purpose of coordinating session times and delivering printed images).
Payments
Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not access or retain full payment card details.
Image Storage and Security
Images are stored on password-protected, encrypted cloud storage accessible solely to us.
Gallery Access and PIN
Where we provide you with a personal identification number ("PIN") to access your child's images via our online gallery, that PIN is personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
If you share your PIN with a third party, that person will have access to the associated images. We will not be liable to you if you share your PIN with a third party, or otherwise allow access to the personal information associated with that PIN.
Data Retention
Digital images and associated booking records are retained for a period of 12 months from the session date, after which they may be permanently deleted.
You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by emailing pedrosoportraits@gmail.com.
Use of Images for Marketing
By booking a session, you acknowledge that images of your child may be used by us for promotional and marketing purposes, including our website, social media and print portfolio. We will not publish a child's full name or personal or contact details alongside any image.
If you do not wish for your child's image to be used for marketing purposes, please notify us in writing before the session date. Your child's photographs will still be taken and delivered as normal; this only affects external marketing use. An opt-out email template is provided in our Terms & Conditions.
Your Rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. Requests should be sent to pedrosoportraits@gmail.com, and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please check this page periodically so you are aware of the version then in effect.
